How to Report a Bug

Every report must include the following. Incomplete submissions will be rejected.

Screenshots and/or screen recording video
Full explanation of what happened and steps to reproduce
Phone model (e.g., iPhone 14 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S23)
OS version (e.g., iOS 17.2, Android 14)
WiKey app version

Rules & Guidelines

First Wins

Duplicate reports go to whoever submitted first.

Document Everything

Incomplete reports without proper evidence will be rejected.

Weekly Payout

Submissions reviewed and paid every week. The management is the sole decision maker on who receives the payouts.

$500 Cap

Maximum payout per person per week.

External Validation

Every reward is validated by an external entity. Not all and not every bug will be rewarded.
